Sarah and Phil Hagen are based on the Isle of Wight and wanted to offer a site that offers good quality healthy food which is also enjoyable. It has been aimed at the Isle of Wight to offer a high level of service and a quick delivery to your home. We also offer an excellent postal service to the rest of the UK.

Sarah Hagen is a nutritionist who practices on the Island and works with clients who have problems with ME/CFS, thyroid, Crohns Disease, food intolerances etc. She also provides weight loss programmes. Sarah has suffered with ME for several years and has found that the way she eats has played a huge part in her recovery. She feels very strongly that with the right foods and the proper nutritional supplements, we can keep degenerative diseases at bay, restore good health, and enjoy the quality of life we are meant to experience.

Phil Hagen has a wealth of business experience for many years and brings to the business the knowledge of progressing it forward.
